Western Blot: Approximately 60 kDa band observed in mouse heart lysates (calculated MW of 71.1 kDa according to mouse NP_075909.1 and 60.0 kDa according to human NP_112729.1). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5 ?g/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 26 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
