For IHC-P: Use at a dilution of 1:25-1:75 in an ABC method. We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. For WB: Use at a dilution of 1:50-1:100. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
